This machine has been designed for the automatic assembling of doors frames and chipboard, wood or MDF panels or with honeycomb insertion.
And with reference to inside doors, also with the insertion of lock and hinges elements.
The assembling occurs by using EVA hot melt glue.
This allows to have at the output of the machine a steady and perfectly flat product, ready to be input directly in line with the following workings.
All the processes to carry out the final product are made automatically.
Meanwhile, about the machine dimensioning, it is possible to choose the automation level according to customer needs.
